211 Vehicles & Business Update

BUSINESS UPDATE - Level 5 Restrictions
Following the most recent Government announcement the resulting changes to our business will be come into effect from today until the 31st of January or as otherwise advised.

1.    Car & Commercial vehicle servicing will continue as usual
2.    Customers are permitted to drive to and from their Service appointment even if this is outside their 5km zone – please keep a record of your booking on you during these journeys
3.    Navan Ford will also offer a Collect & Delivery option to all customers during this time
4.    ALL vehicle touch points will be sanitised upon return to the customer
5.    Our Parts & Accessories Department will continue to operate as usual

 Our showrooms will be closed until the 31st of January
1.    All customers who have ordered a NEW car or commercial vehicle can contact the Sales team directly to arrange pickup/delivery once their vehicle is onsite.
2.    Our Sales Team will be available through our website chat facility, by phone, email and through all our social channels at all times

Our priority this week is to look after customers who are collecting 211 vehicles. In the interim please send your queries through to any of the above channels and they will be looked after as soon as possible.
